As the name suggests, many folks helped pitch in their illustrated coping strategies - much thanks to Alex Sanchez, Aaya Sakaguchi, Luelle Llorens, Chrystal Li, Cedric Tai, Karen Joyce, and Tree Art for their submissions that gave life to this booklet.
